Jacqueline Lehmann is a Partner with the Boyden Australia & New Zealand team, lending her expertise to the consumer, technology, human resources, and industrial practice groups.
A recognized leader with proven accomplishments in international market and business development, Jacqueline has had a singular focus throughout her career: to help her clients find greater success through the development of strong leadership. She offers a unique blend of executive acumen and international client advisory experience, ideally positioning her as a talent acquisition partner for both established and emerging markets.
She started her career in the financial and travel and tourism industry in Switzerland. She subsequently established and managed a successful consulting business based in Germany, where she worked with international business leaders to further sales performance improvement; create and execute sales and business growth strategies; and develop management talent in the financial, consumer, travel and tourism, aviation, automotive, and IT industry sectors.
Prior to joining Boyden, Jacqueline held executive management positions as a Sales Director, Country Director, Managing Director and Vice President in Switzerland, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. She gained valuable experience as a manager of large teams for a number of leading multinational brands. In this way, she has a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by senior executives in very dynamic, competitive environments.
